Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
– Shisha Charcoal: 17-18 Tons / 1 x 20’ft Container
– BBQ Charcoal: 28 Tons / 1 x 40’ft Container
Payment Terms:
We only accept payment by using Telegraphic Transfer / Wire Transfer.
– An advance payment of 30% should be paid after signing the sales contract or purchase order submission
– A Balance payment of 50% (Final Payment) should be paid five (5) days before the container loading/stuffing schedul
Production & Lead Time:
– Production begins after deposit is received and all details are confirmed (packaging, labels, logos, specifications).
– Standard lead time: 15–30 days, depending on product type and order quantity.
Shipping & Logistics:
– We arrange export customs clearance and deliver the goods to the designated port.
– Customers may also choose to handle their own shipping arrangements if preferred.
– The vessel schedule and updated freight charges will be confirmed prior to shipment.
Sample Policy:
– Samples are available upon request.
– Sample cost and shipping fee are normally borne by the buyer unless otherwise negotiated.
